Students often struggle to learn a new language in academic settings. With the rise in language-learning apps, I saw an opportunity to target students who need a multi-faceted approach to develop language skills. Students need resources that encourage active participation and the incorporation of language practice into daily life.
For this design, I was tasked with coding and designing a responsive website to help people fully engage with the language they are learning.
Overview
The aim of the website is to provide content in a fun and interactive way while offering useful tips for practicing languages.
After researching the most effective ways to improve fluency, I created six actionable steps students can take to implement language practice in their regular routine. To supplement those tips, I also added external links to helpful resources.

Ideation
Wireframe Sketches
I designed a minimal layout with succinct writing so that students can easily read the suggestions and implement them.
I also created easy navigation on either side of the screen so students can easily find what they’re looking for.
Icon Development
Using Blender, I developed 3D models for each language tip to give the website a fun and tactile quality to engage users.
Animation
Learning a new language can be daunting, so I created a playful landing page that welcome users with a vibrant animation. View the animation below.
